THE LABEL
Star Mark Records is the music unit of Star Mark Agency. We combine release preparation, visual presentation and human support so that each approved project has a clear operating route.
We are not an automatic sign-up platform. We review rights, material, goals and working readiness before defining any service.
We contribute structure, preparation and commercial management. We do not promise streams, contracts or results controlled by third parties.
THREE VALUE UNIVERSES
Distribution, basic release support and presentation tools are defined in each plan. Production, advertising, legal services and custom work are quoted separately.
We organize files and metadata, coordinate delivery through a technology provider and track the release with the artist.
Your music also needs a coherent presentation, organized evidence and clear responsibilities.
When a project needs to grow further, we activate specialist services with a separate scope and budget.

No. Star Mark Records reviews each project, its rights and the artist’s commitment before approving access.
Yes. The presented model keeps your rights with you and gives the artist 100% of net royalties reported by stores, subject to contractual terms and possible external deductions.
No. Community management, positioning, campaign creation and paid-media budgets are additional services quoted according to goals and scope.
No. The plan enables evaluation for booking. Even after acceptance, engagements depend on third parties, availability, profile and demand.
The evaluation or release is paused until the artist proves ownership, authorization or resolution of the dispute. Projects with uncertain rights are not accepted.
Scope, modules, domain, hosting and maintenance are confirmed during onboarding so there are no ambiguous promises and everything is documented.
