Star Mark Records distributes under the conditions formalized with each approved artist. The service should not be confused with an automatic transfer of the master or with government copyright registration.

Each platform calculates, reports and pays according to its own rules. Star Mark consolidates the information it receives and delivers the net income due to the artist under their agreement.

There is no universal per-stream rate.
The value can change by platform, country, account type, usage mode, currency and period. That is why we present actual reports instead of estimates disguised as guarantees.

You receive the full net income actually reported and collected from stores under the agreement. DSP deductions, currency conversions, tax withholdings or bank charges outside Star Mark may apply.
It depends on material review and each platform’s processing time. We recommend planning ahead. An urgent date is confirmed only after files, metadata and release requirements have been reviewed.
Yes, as long as the license expressly allows commercial use and the intended distribution. You must keep the agreement, proof of purchase and license terms.
The release may require additional permissions. Material with significant unresolved questions will not be delivered until the artist provides the necessary authorizations.
No. Marketing, community management, campaign creation and media spend are additional services. We also do not guarantee streams or playlist placements.
It may be possible if you retain the correct identifiers and metadata, but each migration must be evaluated to reduce duplicates, lost links or unnecessary interruptions.
